I had seen BackcountrySkins’ online content and checked them out. While conventional waders are great in cooler months, they can be hot and clammy in summer months, and constricting in and out of the water.

These solve both problems. The fit is perfect, they move like a second skin, and in the camo— the fish can’t see me!!😎

Honest feedback!

I wasn't sure what to expect from the skins upon ordering them. Reading reviews after reviews myself and also the fact that they just seemed to good to be true...I decided to try them out myself.

The skins have surpassed my expectations in all ways.
I just spent my entire weekend in the water on Okanagan lake in British Columbia Canada. It's spring time and the water is around 5c. From the moment, I stepped into the lake, I was completely warm and comfortable. From moving in and out of the water. Traversing along cliff edges, and back in the water, the skins out preformed what I could have imagine. They fit to size and are so comfortable.

Don't sleep on backcountry skins. To the boys from back country skins in Calgary. You not only nailed a home run with your idea, you've changed the entire game! I cannot wait to pump these products to my friends!

Great shorts! Pair perfectly with my airblitz pants. Love this company. Never going back to waders.

Great product. Already preferred wet-wading over traditional bulky waders and these make it a no brainer! Work great on small AZ creeks and medium sized rivers. I never felt too cold or too hot, even when hiking into remote areas. Highly Recommend!

Shipping was faster than expected. The sizing on socks 100% needs to be shifted. Lg should be for 12+, Md should be 10+, Sm should be 8+. I wear a 10 and ordered larges and they’re absolutely massive on my foot.

The absolute best! Keeps me warm in the water and cool on the scrambles. Never going back to waders again. Amazed how cool these kept me in this Colorado heatwave. Highly recommend! And I’d def get the shorts to go on top.

Hi ! it is winter in Canada so I've not yet tried to wade with my new short and wading leggings yet... but I can tell that both are very comfortable/breathable after wearing them a full day at home. Can't wait for the fishing season ! Cheers, André
