Haven’t had a chance to test these on the river yet, but I’ll be heading to the Kern River in a few weeks for some early morning fly fishing. They seem warm, comfortable, and flexible without restricting movement. Paired with wading boots, a chest pack, and a hoodie, I’m good to go!

I’m confident they’ll keep me warm without sacrificing mobility, which is important to me. I like being able to move freely without feeling restricted, and these seem to offer just that. Pair them with some good wading boots, a chest pack, and a hoodie for layering, and I’m all set for a morning on the river!

In addition to keeping my feet warm enough to stay in the water all day, they actually provide a nice layer of cushion that makes wearing wading boots a bit more tolerable

Wore them to launch my boat and land on shore and fished in the rain. Worked perfectly. Quick dunk, Dry and warm feet all day even in the rain. Wore them with Vivo Barefoot water shoes.

Wore the Knee high version for wet wading. Probably should have worn wetsuit booties or tucked the sock under my wading pants. Regardless, My feet did get wet but the Merino wool and wool base layer socks kept my feet warm enough to not be miserable. Not sure how to pair these with wading pants and boot/ shoe combo.
