I’m a wader wearer. So the challenge is, neoprene versus goretex. In the last month I’ve worn my z-series six times. Goretex - zero.
Same boots. Now granted it’s spring, so warmer water, but yeah for perforated neoprene!
I even decided to try what i call the swimming factor and so fell in the water. If I’d of worn waders, I’d still be draining water out of them. Now, am I going wading in winter?
We’ll find out in November.
But overall, I’m pleased with my purchase, the quality, they feel like they’ll last a good number of seasons and I have two recommendations: light weight, quick dry boxers, and a lightweight quick dry shirt. Get the neoprene socks too. And wade like a madman or woman.

It’s all about fit and comfort, as well as of ease on and ease off-at least when you’re over seventy. Good construction and should last many seasons.

These are great! Wore them all day in the back country and were super comfortable. Could not imagine wearing waders ever again during the warmer months!

These were exactly what I was looking for. More mobile than my original waders and when it comes to hot air temp to cold water. I was surprised how warm they felt with 50 degree water and I didnt sweat my butt off walking to the stream in 80 degree Air temp.

Gave 5 stars for the quality, haven't used them yet though. Hot as balls just sitting in a chair to try them on. Looking forward to getting in the water!
