Great fun. I’m stretching my fishing season past shoulders

I had the opportunity to use these on my recent 4 day fishing trip to west Virginia in November. The thought of extending my time out of waders was intriguing to me. I had planned to bring my waders along as these were untested to me, but realized when I got there that I had left them at home. The water temperature was 42-45 degrees and the air temperature varied from 26 first thing in the morning to 44 or 60 (depending on the day) by the afternoon. I wore the Z series Neoprene Leggings, wool socks and the Drain Z Guide Master Wading Socks. I could feel the cold water as I entered the stream to start fishing, but that changed relatively quickly and I continued to fish comfortably for 6-8 hours each day. I love the flexibility and freedom of movement I have. It is night and day compared to wearing waders. These are my new favorite flyfishing accessory and plan to push the limit on how long into the winter I can wear them. - Pete from Maryland

I’ve boughten quite a bit from backcountry skinz and have only had a great experience. Highly recommend this awesome brand!

Fits great and pairs well with my uv leggings. I sized up as I find Backcountry skinz to be a bit on the smaller size. I wear a size 36 waist in every pant that I own and got the XL, these are a perfect fit.

I love wet wading, but as a Florida boy I get cold easy. I looked around because I hate wearing just normal pants in the water and waders are too cumbersome for my liking. The solarflexz really seemed like the best fit for me so I decided to give them a try. They’re durable walking through underbrush and mangroves alike, and are solid in keeping that water barrier to help warmth in 60-70 degree air temps. I personally don’t like anything on my legs while in warmer weather like these are intended to be used, but even in the middle of the day when temps get in the 80s they don’t cause me to sweat, even when I’m not in the drink.
